Kelly Sullivan is a strategic consultant, trainer, coach, and catalyst for change.  She started CSTI in 1996, and has worked with manufacturers, universities, service-sector businesses and non-profit organizations to help them harness the potential of their people and meet their strategic goals. 
Kelly works with organizations to develop employees, build skills, execute strategy, influence culture, enhance leadership capability, improve collaboration and cultivate customer relationships; all leading to gains in key business metrics.  She serves as a coach to leaders and managers who are committed to improving their effectiveness. 

​Kelly is a Partner with Firstbeat - a leading provider of physiological analytics for sports and well-being.  Kelly shares Firstbeat's vision to provide access to actionable feedback on wellness and performance by transforming heartbeat data into personalized information on exercise, stress and recovery.

In addition to her work as a consultant, Kelly has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources; responsible for employee relations, recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organization development. 

Kelly has been a keynote speaker and guest lecturer at many conferences, seminars and workshops including PMI - Project Management Institute, MACNY - Manufacturers Association of Central New York, Mid-New York Region Medical Accounts Associates, International Management Council, IBNYS - Industries for the Blind of New York State, North Country Laboratory Managers Symposium, SHRM - Society for Human Resource Management.
