Leadership
A service organization wanted to improve its service culture in alignment with construction of a new 2.2 million dollar facility expansion. "I want my customers to be excited not only about how our new facility looks, but also by the care that they get when they walk through the doors." CSTI worked with leadership to design a process for defining the customer experience throughout each dimension of its process, and executing that vision through unwavering focus, communication, training, performance and recognition. The success of this project has led to continued sales growth. The organization has recently added three new brands, built a state-of-the-art facility and had doubled its workforce.

CSTI works with a cross-functional team of employees, with a pulse on the culture of the organization, to identify, discuss, and execute initiatives that promote and drive this mission-driven effort throughout the organization. Positive impacts include an increase in values-based behaviors, more consistent communication, better access to information, performance tied to core values, development of service standards, improved skills in customer service and leadership. These impacts are tied to year over year earnings and growth.
A human service organization found that several of their teams, doing extremely difficult work, had developed unhealthy patterns that disrupted their ability to work effectively together. CSTI designs and facilitates a series of experiential team building events where teams participate in challenging problem solving activities. These activities surface behavioral patterns and allow the team to examine ways in which they communicate, collaborate and perform their work. This impactful dialogue gives teams the opportunity to assess themselves and set agreements that lead to improved performance.
